AIR HANDLERS
Precision Metal Air Handlers offer ultimate flexibility to convert hot water into forced air heat. Air Handler components include a 3-4 speed direct drive motor, blower unit, optional thermostat, water-to-air heat exchanger, and filter, all placed within a custom-built painted cabinet. These furnace-style units can be installed up flow, down flow, and horizontal positions. Install easily to any new or existing ductwork for quiet, ultimate heating capacity.
UNIT HEATERS
Precision Metal Unit Heaters are ideal for garages, shops, greenhouses, and workshops. These units are typically hung and are used for areas needing quick recovery with forced air.
UNDERGROUND TUBING
Choosing quality insulated underground tubing is necessary to complete any installation.
There are several types of tubing available on the market today.
WATER-TO-AIR HEAT EXCHANGERS
Water to Air Heat Exchangers can be installed into an existing electric or gas furnace duct work, using the furnace blower to circulate the heat from the heat exchanger through the ductwork of your building. These exchangers come in numerous sizes that offer multiple BTU ranges for any application needed.
BRAZED PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER
Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers are mainly used with applications involving in-floor radiant heating and domestic hot water. These exchangers come in numerous sizes that offer multiple BTU ranges for any application needed.
TUBE AND SHELL HEAT EXCHANGERS
Tube and Shell Heat Exchangers are available in Stainless Steel and Titanium. Specially designed to heat water for swimming pools and hot tubs. Tube and Shell Heat Exchangers come in a variety of sizes for different size applications.
CLOVERLEAF STAINLESS STEEL CHIMNEY CAP
Custom-made Stainless Steel Chimney Caps eliminate downdraft problems, create better burns, and keeps rain and snow out. Available in 6″ and 8″ Diameters.
PUMPS
Pumps are a necessary component on all installations of Crown Royal Stoves. The pump is designed to run water from your stove to your home.
ULTRA TEMP CLASS A INSULATED CHIMNEY
Crown Royal Stoves come with an 18 inch chimney and can be extended in lengths of 48 inches. Our Ultra Temp Class A Chimney is 304 Stainless Steel on the inside and 430 Stainless Steel on the outside and comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Other brands of pipe cannot be combined.
CONTROL CHEMICAL
All Crown Royal Stoves are required to be shipped with initial recommended gallon(s) of Control Chemical. Treating systems with Control Chemical will prevent corrosion and scale buildup. Once Control Chemical is added it creates the necessary barrier needed to prevent the breakdown of metals.
